How to configure the software
Our software is preconfigured for the first user on the system. All other user will require Safe Links support to enable another user on the system and for you to install the settings under the user name by double clicking the file we send to you. Beyond that there is no other configuration to do.
I cannot get online

1. To get online, right click the icon by the clock (it looks like a little grey box) and choose exit.

2. If you changed your password online you must also change it in the software. Double Click the Safe Links icon, choose Options, Advanced, HTTP Traffic. There you can change your password.

3. If you signed up for a trial and it expired, your password expired and you need to be a registered user or extend your trial by email support@safelinks.com

How do I add a password to the software

Open Safe Links Software by going to the Start Button, program, Safe Links folder and click on Safe Links.

 

You will see the Safe Links icon down by the clock. Double click it to open the program.

 

Click on Options, Set Password. NOTE: when you change your password online you must also change it in the software or you will not be able to get online. Change it online then change it in the software on your PC
